We understand that sometimes other things get in the way of our social lives and plans must change. We therefore allow banditours users to cancel bookings using the "My Bookings" tab on the banditours website, subject to the below cancellation policy.
Banditours users ( 'tourists Guests') have the right to cancel a booking on a banditours experience up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the banditours experience. Upon cancellation, the banditours host (' Local bandit') will not receive any money for the cancelled booking and banditours user (Tourist Guest) will receive a full refund on the booking cancelled, net of any commissions and fees paid to banditours (e.g – processing fees).
If a booking is cancelled by a banditours tourist user less than 48 hours before the applicable banditour experience, the tourist user shall not be entitled to any return, credit or reimbursement. The booking may however be transferred to another person at no additional cost (e.g. you may find a friend to take your place on the experience and ask them for the money).
Where a host cancels an activity, banditours will refund in full those who had purchased tickets prior to its cancellation. Banditours reserves the right to charge a host who cancels an event with any costs it incurs in the processing of the cancellation.
